Each neighborhood within Belmont will have a unique design and character offering residents community parks, winding walking trails and sparkling ponds. With over 100 acres of open space planned for the community, residents will find numerous areas for an afternoon picnic, playing a game of catch or practicing soccer skills. Sports Parks are planned to be shared with the elementary and middle schools, and an Amenity Center will provide a community swimming pool, exercise facility and meeting rooms. The eight-acre Lake Park will be an iconic centerpiece with small boats, lakefront shopping and dining along the promenade providing hours of enjoyment for Belmont families. When completed, Lake Park will include a series of loop trails totaling more than 2.5 miles in length.
